The tool calls /vpn-check/api/ip to detect your visible IP, country, city, ISP and ASN. Geo enrichment comes from ipwho.is, so you can see whether the VPN really changed the exit point.

Latency and jitter are measured by one warmup request plus 12 fetches to /vpn-check/api/ping. The page calculates average response time, spread between samples and timeout-based loss.
Download speed is measured by fetching binary blocks from /vpn-check/api/download. The scenario uses several payload sizes from about 256 KB up to 2 MB to smooth random spikes.
Upload speed is measured by POSTing generated payloads to /vpn-check/api/upload. The browser sends about 256 KB and 1 MB to estimate upstream speed without making the run too long.
